Administrative Clerk

Overview:

The Administrative Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure accurate donor correspondence, maintain charity records, and assist with the reporting and filing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Potential Temporary to Hire

Pay $22-$24 per hour

Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm

Onsite position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage donor communications and maintain updated charity information.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Enter date into company database

Job Requirements:

  • Good phone and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Computer skills with strong proficiency in excel and data entry
